Why Build This App?

When my son was born, there were so many things that I wanted to remember about the moment.

I wanted to be able to remember this face forever.

From the first time I held him, to what I was thinking on the drive to the hospital.

We had a memory book, but that of course was at home buried under stacks of other things to get ready for him.

What I really wanted to do was text him pictures, videos and little messages about how everything was going.

So when we got home from the hospital I set to work building this app for him (during nap time of course).

Now, whenever we do something fun together, he does something new, or just does something silly, I let him know what his young dad was thinking.

I'm looking forward to being able to look back at all these messages and pictures and someday being able to give him access to all of his memories.
